Student Life

Student life at Cathedral High School includes a number of rich and varied opportunities for students to develop an understanding of the practical applications of skills and information they have acquired in their studies.

Cathedral High School is a member of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) and complies with its rules and regulations. According to MIAA rules, any student wishing to participate in supervised competitive sports at CHS must have passed a physical examination within one year before playing.

Co-curricular activities provide students with a variety of opportunities to practice social and communication skills. Any student activity that involves working with others is an opportunity to practice courtesy, active listening, compassion, empathy, honesty, and self control. These skills are always in need of practice and improvement.
