To apply to Cathedral High School you will need to complete the application (including essay). Submit record release forms that include transcripts, discipline record, and standardized test scores.

- Orientation Meeting for Incoming Student and Parents
- Copy of Student’s End of the Year Report Card
- Federal Lunch Form Mailed (late August)
- Health Forms: Physician's Form & Health History (must be on file before attendance begins)
