CHS Admissions Process Checklist
How to Apply
The admissions committee treats applicants as individuals, and evaluates their records for evidence that they are serious about their educational growth, and that they are willing to report the rights and dignity of others. Grades, test scores, effort, behavior, and attendance are revised in detail. To be considered for enrolment, please complete stage one of the admissions process.
Step One
Initial acceptance notifications are sent our February 1st; however, we do accept applications throughout the Spring.
Step Two
All of step one and two must be complete for admissions consideration.
- Catholic School Placement Test Scores
The test will be administered on 11/17/2007 and 12/08/2007
- Present & Previous year
including standardized test scores

Step Three
Post Acceptance Process
- Non-Refundable Registration Fee (Cash or Money Order only)
- Completed FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment Form
- Orientation Meeting for Incoming Student and Parents
- Guardians – Bring Health Records (June)
- Copy of Student’s End of the Year Report Card
- Federal Lunch Form Mailed (late August)
- Health Forms
