Departments

The course descriptions and curriculum are designed to help students and their parents understand the educational program at Cathedral High School.  Each year students take seven subjects, most of them required courses.  The intent of these offerings is to challenge the minds of the students and to empower them to develop confidence in their ability to learn.  It is also meant to spur them to develop disciplined study habits.  We believe that all our students can learn and that there is no substitute for hard work.  As 98 – 100 % of our graduates move on to higher education, we have planned our program so that completion ensures a strong academic foundation which is essential for success in higher education.
